1. Service description This website has been created on behalf of Live in Shanghai and is operated by HUBS1. We act as an intermediate between hotels and users in order to provide our users with the possibility to search and book hotel accommodation online. Our service is based on information provided by hotels. Although we do our utmost best to ensure that all information provided on this website is accurate, we cannot guarantee that all information is comprehensive and error-free nor can we be held responsible for interruptions or non-delivery of information. The prices on our site are very competitive. All prices on this website are in CNY (Chinese Yuan) currency, which is otherwise known as RMB. Please check the room details to see what is included in the price and what is not. 2. Privacy HUBS1 respects your privacy. We will not give your personal information to third parties for commercial purpose. Please have a look at our privacy policy for further information. 3. Credit card guarantee Some hotels require credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card information will be sent directly to the reserved hotel. When you make a booking you will automatically enter into an agreement with the hotel you have chosen. We will not charge your credit card, as you will pay for your stay at the hotel. Be assured that we take our responsibility regarding your credit card information very seriously. We use the industry standard "Secure Socket Layer (SSL)" technology to encrypt your credit card details. Therefore we can guarantee that every transaction made is safe. 4. Free of charge Our service is free of charge. There are NO additional fees, such as a service charge, or a reservation fee, to the room cost. 5. Cancellation Please follow the instructions in the confirmation e-mail in case you need to cancel your stay. If you cancel according to the cancellation policy of the hotel, it will be free of charge. We recommend you read the cancellation policy of the hotel carefully. If you cancel later than requested by the hotel or do not show up, the hotel will charge you a fee which is in most cases an equivalent for 1 night stay, or the amount stated in the cancellation policy. Note, HUBS1 will NOT charge you any cancellation fee whatsoever. 6. Disclaimer Our services are based on the information provided by the hotels; for this reason the hotels remain responsible for the correctness of this information. Hotels can alter the information about their hotel, such as prices and availability, at any moment. We can therefore not guarantee that all the information is accurate and faultless, nor can we be held responsible for errors or inaccuracies in the supplied information. We take our responsibility regarding your privacy very seriously. The information we request when making your reservation is requested by the hotel in order to make your reservations.
We will only disclose your personal information to third parties for the purposes of completing your booking through us, in order to provide you with the information or services you have requested, or with your explicit consent. We reserve the right to disclose your personal information to Shanghai Daily and its website Live in Shanghai, and when required by a legal department.

Credit Card information

We will not charge your credit card. Your credit card information is only required to guarantee your booking. You will pay for your stay at the hotel.
Your credit card information is sent to us through a secure server. We use the latest, most secure technology available, which encrypts all your personal and credit card details. The encryption method used is the industry standard "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) technology.
Our server and network are protected by firewalls against unauthorized access. This means we can guarantee that it is totally safe to send us your credit card details. Your credit card details will NOT be kept by HUBS1. After completing your booking, the details will be destroyed.

Data Control

You always have the right to review and change the personal data you have stored with us. You can ask HUBS1 to remove your personal data from its database by sending us an email to service@hubs1.net.
When does HUBS1 send you emails?
After you have signed up with us, you will receive an e-mail with your username and password for signing in and make reservations on this website.
After you have requested a password recovery, you will receive an e-mail with your new password.
After you have made a booking, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all the information about your booking. You may take this confirmation to the hotel as guarantee of the reservation.
After you have modified a booking, you will receive an e-mail with the modification information. You may take this e-mail together with your confirmation e-mail to the hotel as guarantee of the reservation.
After you have cancelled a booking, you will receive an e-mail with the cancellation information.
